An opportunity to feel safe and relaxed in your body.

What if you could escape anxious thoughts simply by being in your body?

Your body belongs to you. And you belong in your body.

Breathwork, guided meditation, and intentional touch invites you to safely and fully inhabit the present moment and creates relief from stress and anxiety.

Research has shown that it's difficult for traumatized people to physically relax. Their nervous system is always on high alert, so their muscles are always tight and ready to fight or run. Combine these visceral warning signals with today's constant stream of stress and information overload, and you end up numbing your body sensation in an effort to survive.

This unique bodywork is designed to invite you gently back into your body over the course of an hour. Massage therapy is used to stimulate the Vagus nerve, which eases us out of fight-or-flight mode into a relaxed way of being. Your whole experience here is designed to be calming for all your senses, from the aromatherapy to the weighted blanket. This gives a stressed, guarded, and exhausted nervous system the opportunity to rest and reset. Each session includes breathwork and guided meditation that you can continue to practice at home, as well as an online mini-course that empowers you with anatomy and somatic exercises.

Our clients report an immediate sense of safety and calm, as well as benefits like improved sleep and reduced chronic pain. Over time, they feel more connected with their own body and empowered to control their moods at home with the tools we've shared.

As a queer person with some body dysphoria, there are times when I don’t want to acknowledge my body. This massage gently brought me back. Thank you, thank you.
