Craniosacral Therapy

Subtle Shifts. Profound Impact.

What Is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle form of bodywork dedicated to your craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

In other words, it's a massage for your mind as much as your body.

Who Is It For?

CST is a popular choice for chronic stress, migraines, neck and back pain, TMJ issues, and tension throughout the body.

Craniosacral Therapy uses light pressure with incredible precision, so it's well suited for people with complex health conditions, trauma, and anxiety, or who find traditional massage overstimulating.

What To Expect

Craniosacral Therapy is typically performed fully clothed, with you lying comfortably on a massage table. Your therapist will use a subtle touch and a series of still holds on areas such as the head, feet, and tailbone. This quiet, grounded contact relieves restrictions against your nervous system and allows you to settle into the deep "parasympathetic" state where healing happens.

It was like a fog lifted and I could function again. I can't recommend Collin more highly, with a neuroscience background, he has unique and deep knowledge that he generously shares.

Trauma-Informed, Client-Centered Care

Our approach to Craniosacral Therapy is informed by both science and empathy. To us, trauma-informed care means valuing your consent and supporting you through any emotional responses that may arise during your session.
