Business Policies

Insurance Massage: We don't accept insurance, but we can provide a detailed receipt for you to use for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company. Please email to request a superbill when needed.

Payment Policy: Payment is required at time of booking in order to reserve your massage therapist's time exclusively for your appointment. Prepayment exceptions may be made for established clients.

Cancellation Policy: When you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible via text or email so that we have the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hour of the appointment time are responsible for 50% of the service fee. We are unable to make exceptions for illness or emergency.

Refund Policy: All refunds will have a 5% processing fee deducted. To avoid this fee, we encourage you to reschedule instead of cancelling, or transfer your appointment to a friend.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will have their appointment shortened to accommodate the client after them. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early and allow yourself to clear your head in the waiting area or use the restroom. If you’re running late, let your massage therapist know by texting (425) 333-1980. If we can’t get in touch with a client by 15 minutes into their appointment time, the client will be considered a "no-show."

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a "no-show." Cancelations made after the appointment's start time are also considered "no-shows." In this situation the client is responsible for 100% of the appointment fee.

They were professional, organized (sent electronic intake forms that were thoughtful and thorough), and the massage was excellent.
