Payment Policy: Payment is part of reserving your appointment time. After your massage you can just float right out.

Cancellation Policy: When you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible via text or email so that we have the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations the day before your appointment or earlier will receive a full refund. Same day cancellations will receive a 50% refund. You may also transfer your appointment to someone else.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will have their appointment shortened to accommodate the client after them. It’s best practice to arrive a few minutes early and allow yourself to clear your head in the waiting area or use the restroom. If you’re running late, please let your massage therapist know by texting (920) 345-6791. If we can’t get in touch with a client 15 minutes into their appointment time, the client will be considered a "no-show."

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a "no-show." In this situation refunds are not available.

Insurance Massage: Sage Bodywork does not bill insurance. If you intend use your insurance benefits, know the out-of-network benefits of your plan and bring a physician's referral for massage therapy. We will provide a detailed receipt so you may seek reimbursement. This includes PIP.

Jesse was professional, organized (sent electronic intake forms that were thoughtful and thorough), and the massage was excellent.
