Business Policies

Insurance Massage: We do not accept insurance. If you'd like to use your insurance benefits, it's important to first understand the out-of-network benefits of your plan. Bring a physician's referral for massage therapy to your first appointment (or email us a copy) so we can provide a detailed receipt for you to seek reimbursement. This policy includes PIP billing.

Payment Policy: Payment is part of reserving your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy: When you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible via text or email so that we have the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hour of the appointment time are responsible for 50% of the service fee. In order to protect our team's income we are unable to make exceptions.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will have their appointment shortened to accommodate the client after them. It’s best practice to arrive a few minutes early and allow yourself to clear your head in the waiting area or use the restroom. If you’re running late, please let your massage therapist know by texting (425) 333-1980. If we can’t get in touch with a client by 15 minutes into their appointment time, the client will be considered a "no-show."

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a "no-show." Cancelations made after the appointment's start time are also considered "no-shows." In this situation refunds are not available.

They were professional, organized (sent electronic intake forms that were thoughtful and thorough), and the massage was excellent.
