DIY Foot Baths for Warm, Healthy Feet

I don't know about you, but I get cold feet (literately) this time of year! 🥶 The solution? Peel off the double layers of socks (which really aren't great for your circulation and can actually make your feet colder) and warm up with a stress-reducing, skin-softening, circulation-boosting foot soak.

Defrost your feet the healthy way!

Below are some of my favorite Foot Soak recipes and their benefits.

Anti-Fatigue Foot Bath:

1 cup Epsom Salt

2 Tablespoons ground Ginger

1/2 squeezed lemon (with a few thin slices to float in your basin for that Spa Day Aesthetic)

*You can sub for 5 drops of Ginger and Lemongrass Essential Oils if you have them

Exfoliating Foot Soak:

1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Few drops of Tree Tea Oil

(Have some extra epsom salt? Soak your feet to soften them, and then massage with the epsom salt to scrub off the extra skin.)

Moisturizing Foot Bath:

1 cup Honey

1 cup Milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Pro tip: Heat up some water in the kettle so you can add a little bit at a time and keep your bath nice and hot (take your feet out first so you don't burn yourself!).

Enjoy!
